  • Individual Plans:
    • Weekly: $23 for up to 24 lbs per pickup
    • Biweekly: $63 for up to 24 lbs per pickup
    • One-Time Pickup: $35 for up to 24 lbs
  • Family Plans:
    • Weekly: $63 for up to 70 lbs per pickup
    • Biweekly: $120 for up to 150 lbs per pickup

💡 Estimate Cost: A typical hamper weighs ~10 lbs. Weigh yourself with and without the bag on a bathroom scale for an accurate estimate.

  • Comforters & oversized items: +$8 each (requires separate wash/dry cycle).

Minimum Order & Fees

  • Minimum charge varies by location—visible before checkout.
  • Missed Pickup: $10 if laundry isn’t ready at pickup.
  • Unsanitary Laundry: $20 if deemed unsafe to handle.
  • Surge Pricing: Applies only if extra incentives were needed to fulfill your previous orders.

Payments & Preauthorization

  • Accepted: Credit/debit cards.
  • Not Accepted: Cash, PayPal.
  • A temporary hold is placed on your card at booking. Final charge happens after your laundry is weighed dry. Holds are released upon cancellation. Using a credit card instead of a debit card may prevent any delays in fund release.

We take every precaution to prevent loss or damage and ensure your laundry is handled with care.

WashMeyo’s Protection Plan

It’s extremely rare for items to be lost or damaged, but we’ve got you covered. Your laundry is always tagged, kept together, and never mixed with other orders. We wash in cold water unless you request otherwise, separate whites and colors, and dry on normal heat or hang-dry based on your preference. Our WashRunning pros use standard washers and dryers—just like you would at home—eliminating unnecessary risks. In the rare event of loss or damage, you’re protected up to $200 per order under WashMeyo’s Protection Plan.

Your Laundry, Your Way

Detergent Options: Choose from premium-scented, hypoallergenic (unscented), or provide your own—just leave it with your pickup, and we’ll return any unused portion.

Drying Preferences: We dry on low to medium heat to protect fabrics. 

Fabric Softener: Included by default to protect your clothes, but if you dont’t like it, simply provide your own—we’ll use it at no extra cost.

Wash Temperature: Cold water is our standard, but if you prefer hot, just add a note, and we’ll take care of it.

Extra Laundry Products: Need dryer sheets, bleach, or other add-ons? Provide them, and we’ll follow your instructions.

What We Offer: Detergent, wash, dry, fold, and delivery.

What We Don’t: Stain removal, ironing, dry cleaning, or hand washing.

Packing by Family Member: We do our best to separate laundry by person and type—add any special requests when placing your order!

Pickup & Delivery Timing

We offer Standard (Next-Day) and Express (Same-Day/Overnight) service options based on your needs.

Standard Service (Next-Day Delivery)

  • Orders placed before 3 PM: Picked up same day and delivered next day by 8 PM.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM: Picked up the next day and delivered the following evening.
  • Larger orders (100 lbs+) may require an extra day for delivery.

Your WashMeyo driver will send an estimated pickup time, typically within a few hours of placing your order. You can also message your driver directly to coordinate pickup/drop-off.

Express Service (Same-Day/Overnight Delivery)

  • Orders placed before 10 AM: Picked up by 2 PM and delivered by 8 PM same day.
  • Orders placed between 10 AM – 3 PM: Picked up by 8 PM and delivered by 10 AM next morning.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM: Picked up the next afternoon and delivered by 8 PM that evening.
Non-Members & One-Time Pickups
    • $35 per pickup (up to 24 lbs) for on-demand service
    • Lower rates available for scheduled pickups in advance

🚨 Express service is limited to 60 lbs per order and does not allow hang-dry items.

You can place your laundry out for pickup in any bag of your choice—disposable bags, laundry bags, or even your hamper. Most customers prefer disposable bags for convenience. If you use a hamper, we’ll transfer your clothes into our disposable bags and leave your hamper behind. If you use a reusable laundry bag, we’ll return it to you washed and ready to use.

WashMeyo offers convenient laundry services for hotel guests, just like we do for home orders. The process is simple, with a few key things to keep in mind:

  • Front Desk Only: Please set the hotel front desk as your pickup and drop-off location. We do not pick up or deliver directly to hotel rooms.
  • Bag Labeling: Clearly label each bag with your name, “WashMeyo Pickup,” and the bag number (e.g., 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.). This ensures your laundry is properly identified, especially when multiple guests are using WashMeyo at the same hotel.

WashMeyo is an on-demand laundry service, similar to Lyft. When you schedule a pickup—whether for a one-time service or a subscription—our drivers are dispatched to collect your laundry at your chosen time. Pickup typically happens shortly after placing an order, but timing may vary based on when the request is made and the selected service speed. Once washed and dried, your laundry is delivered back fresh and folded. For more details, check our FAQs about pickup and drop-off.

When placing an order with WashMeyo, most customers simply leave their laundry at their designated pickup spot, and we handle the rest—quick, easy, and hassle-free. However, if you’re unable to leave your laundry out after placing your order, we have options to accommodate you:

Option 1 – Get a Call or Message Before Pickup/Delivery

During checkout, you’ll be asked to select a pickup location. Choose “Custom” and then select “Message me on arrival” if you prefer a heads-up before pickup. You’ll also have the option to select “Call me instead” if you’d rather receive a phone call.

Option 2 – Coordinate Directly with Your WashMeyo Driver

If you’d like to personally hand off your laundry, choose “Simple” as your pickup location. Your assigned WashMeyo driver will message you with an estimated pickup time. You can respond to let them know your laundry won’t be left out and request that they knock, ring, or message upon arrival so you can hand it off. If the suggested pickup time doesn’t work for you, you can coordinate a better time directly with your driver.

After placing your order, you may receive an automated request to put your laundry out for pickup—feel free to ignore this if you’re using one of the options above.

Please Note: If your WashMeyo driver arrives for pickup and is unable to collect your laundry, a $10 surcharge will apply.
