WashMeyo Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using WashMeyo’s laundry pickup, wash, and delivery services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Overview
WashMeyo provides laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding , and delivery services. Customers must ensure that all items sent for washing comply with our guidelines.
3. Subscription Plans & One-Time Orders
- Customers may choose between subscription-based services (weekly or biweekly) or one-time orders.
- Subscription charges are billed automatically based on the plan selected.
- Customers may schedule pickups within their plan limits. Any additional pickups beyond the subscription limit will incur extra charges.
4. New Subscriber Promotion
- The third wash free offer is only available for new subscribers.
- This promotion does not apply to existing or returning customers.
- WashMeyo reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
5. Laundry Handling & Liability
- Customers must separate colors and whites before pickup.
- WashMeyo is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Items that are not labeled for machine washing/drying
- Colors bleeding from unseparated laundry
- Shrinking or wear from normal washing/drying processes
- Customers who opt to include undergarments do so at their own risk.
6. Missed Pickups & Rescheduling
- Customers must schedule pickups at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed pickups may result in a $10 rescheduling fee unless canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
7. Payment & Cancellations
- Payments are charged automatically for subscription customers.
- Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time, but refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
8. Prohibited Items
Customers may not send the following items for washing:
- Hazardous materials
- Items contaminated with bodily fluids, chemicals, or pet waste
- Items requiring dry cleaning
9. Dispute Resolution
If a customer has an issue with their order, they must contact WashMeyo within 24 hours of delivery.
10. Changes to These Terms
WashMeyo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
