✅ Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ Compensation is issued as WashMeyo store credit, which can be used for future services.
❌ No cash refunds or direct payments.
❌ Credit under this policy is not guaranteed and is issued at WashMeyo’s discretion.

What’s Not Covered?

• Shrinkage: Many garments naturally shrink when laundered. We wash in cold water and dry at normal heat, similar to home laundering. Any shrinkage is due to fabric type, garment construction, and age—not our process—so we do not cover shrinkage.
• Holes & Tears: Clothes naturally experience wear and tear over time. Damage from regular laundering and normal use is not covered.
• Color Bleeds: We separate whites and colors, but some fabrics may still bleed. This is an inherent risk of laundering and is not covered.
• Items Left in Pockets: We do our best to check, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in pockets or any resulting damage to garments.
